Derby

A 14 year old, female Basset Hound from Louisiana. Her former owner left her behind when they moved. When she first came into rescue, Derby was heartworm positive, had severe ear, eye and teeth infections and was anemic. After much needed medical care and good old fashioned tender loving care, she is now feeling so much better. Derby will live out her days with one of our wonderful hospice fosters.
