Winnie

Winnie found herself in a local NJ shelter at 11 year old. She was adopted out but returned for not being a good fit. She is a sweet girl who enjoys keeping to herself in her terrific foster home. Winnie has some health issues that are being treated but that doesn’t seem to slow her down.
